In this session, we ask, are you aware of all the professional and regulatory requirements specific to driver and rider training? Are you compliant? We’ll explore the key areas of regulation that affect your business, including tax, advertising, employment, and data protection.
We’ll also cover essential business protections. Do you have the right insurances in place? Are you doing enough to protect your customers and their information? Have you considered registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for handling personal data? These are all questions any business owner should be asking themselves to ensure they are keeping their training business compliant and secure.
