Aimed at PDIs and ADIs, it focuses on feedback as a powerful teaching tool, essential for Standards Checks, Part 3 and everyday lessons. You’ll learn how to give feedback that encourages reflection, builds confidence and helps your pupils improve with purpose.

Feedback is a vital skill for ensuring that learning is truly taking place. During a Part 3 or Standards Check, you are expected to demonstrate that learning is happening and strong feedback skills are key to doing exactly that.

This session will equip you with proven methods for delivering clear, structured and meaningful feedback to your clients. You will not only learn how to give feedback that supports learning, but also develop the communication skills that make your interactions more effective and client focused in every lesson you deliver/

No prior specialist training is required, and the skills covered apply to both test situations and everyday teaching.

Live online sessions that provide short, focused training on a wide range of topics relevant to driver and rider trainers. Each session is delivered by an industry expert and designed to be affordable, accessible, and time-efficient. These sessions are ideal for building knowledge, staying professionally up to date, and working towards further qualifications. They offer a convenient way to complete CPD without the need for travel or significant time commitments. Designed for medium-sized groups, usually accommodating 20 to 40 attendees, with minimal interaction.
How To Attend
This session is delivered via Zoom, allowing Driver Trainers to join from the comfort of their own home or office. Zoom is a widely used video conferencing platform that enables live, interactive participation without the need for travel. The Zoom link will be sent on the working day before the session and again 30 minutes before the session starts. Please ensure you are able to access and navigate Zoom before the session starts. If you’re unable to join due to technical issues, we cannot guarantee a place on an alternative session.
