It provides a practical foundation in planning and delivering inclusive sessions, understanding your professional responsibilities, and assessing learners effectively.

You will explore the core principles of adult education through three structured units covering roles and responsibilities, inclusive teaching approaches, and assessment in education and training. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and confidence to deliver structured, engaging learning experiences and broaden your professional opportunities.
